esa medical passed and have advice

Hi all,

Just passed my esa medical a million thanks to the team here. The atos doctor tried time and time again to trip me up re my esa 50 form by coming back to questions in a different way etc but as luck had it I had a support worker with me as a witness to hear my answers. The atos doctor was a bit put out by that but hey ho ! The point is that a third party heard my answers and I am positive that had a bearing on things !! ( as well as joining up here and filling in the form as per the advice here).

So I would say to anybody if it is at all possible go to the medical with a " witness "

Now this was the second time I passed the medical, the first time I passed was for 15 months , then to be reviewed etc . The letter telling me that im still in the work related group has no dates I will receive this until etc does that mean its for another 15 months ? Also will I need to do the work focused interviews again ?

Congratulations on passing your medical.

The date of your next review is based on what the health professional reccomended in their IB85 medical report, so you could ask to be sent a copy of that.

You should only have to attend one further WFI.
