ESA supporting evidence - where best to send was created by keddi
I think the ESA medical form or the literature that comes with it suggests sending in any supporting evidence to your local benefit office dealing with the claim. Does anyone have any thoughts on whether it's better to do this or to bring it along to the medical.
I've already sent the form off and have a medical date.

do both just to be on the safe side. make sure the person doing the medical reads your copy even if they say they have read it.

Unless you are specifically required to send originals, which I don't believe is the case for medicals or even tribunals, you should send a copy and not the original.

Send it to everyone give your doctor a copy too, and next time use paper the same size as the form with wide sellotape and add stuff as extra pages as well as enclosing copies in the envelope too
