Hi,my wife has been awarded the higher rate of DLA for life.If the rules change in 2012 will she have to attend an assessment?.

Hi jurasic,

We can't say because nothing has yet been published or even decided. But the initial information about changes to DLA said that everyone would have to be reassessed.
