its a bit of all 3, I now work in a busy kitchen so picking up heavy things, and even stacking the shelves is painful anything above the elbow height is painful. its also related to my age 43 have been told that a rotar cuff tear is common in the over 40's, also when i was younger i was into most sports horse riding, netball, and mostly swimming.

Are you asking for deferment of your appeal or trying to present evidence to be included in your appeal?

If the former, with the Tribunal calendar so full, you will find it very difficult to move a Tribunal date, the fact that you are attending physio would probably be reason for them to deny a new date.

If the latter, then you need to be aware that the Tribunal cannot review evidence that post dates the original Decision unless you can show that it pertained at the time of that decision.
