Thanks for your replies everyone thank god your there to help.

I am going to take the form when I get it to the citizens advice bureau and I will ask that ESA should be reinstated (at the reduced rate) until the outcome of the appeal unless they say I cant appeal this is my first appeal I don't understand how they can give me points on my first medical a year ago athen I get an added illness an IBD then end up in hospital all my problems are long term.

Then I go to another ATOS medical and get told that I get no points and my benefits stopped.

Hi Paul, it's good to hear it's your first appeal!

You will get ESA at the assessment rate until your appeal. That is, as soon as you have notified them that you are appealing.

You probably stand a really good chance if you use the guides and get the CAB to help.

Best of luck,
Rachel

I just got my medical report in the post this morning its completely different from the first one its from the same computer that produced the first one a year ago but this one gives me 0 points to everything even though I gave them written reports I have made an appointment to see cab.

Like a lot of others I now have no money for Christmas and face andexpect a bleak time of it. But on the good side there are lots of people that do understand the problem we are all having and are trying their very best to help.

Hi Paul, don't forget to let them know you are appealing a.s.a.p then you will get ESA at the assessment rate while you wait.

All the best at CAB etc.
