ESA support group or work related activity group?

wish you luck on this to, as i sure may come my turn, soon although i have privte medical reports and nhs ones and today, socalled joint asessments reports. ofnhs/ local adult care, fialed by soical workers to but all truth facts of my long term serve illness and with these medical evdince, so now having to take soical workers on, to appeal thier lack of coummunty care asessments , as to ill to be on self. d support , not able to manage my won affairs and now own gp , will be given false info and now another battle, to make sure i ppeal this as will effect, all areas of ones life, home care, dwp. acess to medical treatment , on going and not having correct level of intervation of so called nhs support for my disabilies and not able to cope with new way the dp, and need to keep on old type of care package, but what wit hthe cuts, very concernd, if i be pushed into areas , i know for a while yet my health not able to mange, then having to get operatios soon too, then cuts in many areas yet income dwp dla etc, same,
