here is something for you to chew over.

court of law finds me exempt from pca reg 10 server mental illness.

now as far as i no, this court of law is above the sec of state.

how can the dwp send me a ib50 and ask me to attend a medical, when a court ordered the sec of state to treat me as exempt reg 10.

its my opinion that the sec of state is in contempt of court, for sending me a ib50 and asking me to attend a medical.

the court ordered im exempt reg 10, then the sec of state (a dm) comes along ignores the courts order and subjects me to the pca
thoughts and idears please?

Did the court make a decision as to how long you are exempt for or did it say that you should be considered exempt in relation to a previous decision?

the court of law was the tribunal.

the dwp never appealed the decision awarded by the tribunal.

and yes the dwp (sec of state) are fully aware of this exemption, as they have a copy of the tribunalds order in there possesion.

I would suggest that they were only in cotempt of court if they had paper work telling them of your circumstances.

Best wishes,
Rachel

hi surviour

no descion on how long i should be exempt, howver that does not mean the sec of state should assume any period of time in there favour.

this is the dewcions notice from the court of law.

the appellant is exempt, regulation 10 applies, the appellant suffers from a server menatl illness as defined.

it is a fact that a court awrded me exemption status, it is fact that this is a court order infroming the sec of state to treat me as exempt reg 10.

before the tribunal, a doctor award me nill pints so i applead, at this tribunal that followed i was awarded exempition status.
