what is the waiting time for an esa tribuneral

Hello, I was just wondering how long people are waiting for a set date for their esa tribuneral. I have heard a rumour it is upto a year for newcastle upon tyne.

There seems to be some variance across the country, from about 5 months to over a year in some cases.

What I will say is that the situation will only get worse, especially once the IB transfers begin.

Hi Gordon, Just read my letter again and it states my tribuneral will not be before the 13 June and they will let me know if there are any further delays.

My husband was denied benefit sept, tribunal is in feb.

Hi, my appeal was just 3 days after the advisory date they gave me.
