Re the Indefinate award of DLA. I am trying to find a source of legal advice that will answer my question ''how can an award made by a court [Tribunal] be revised by a non legal body?'' surely only a higher court can do that? so why is the DWP trying to ''review'' my indefinate DLA award. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Indefinite doesn't mean forever or permanent. The DWP can and does review indefinite awards.
