Baring in mind that the legilsation has not been passed by the Commons, so it could change, but at the moment, our understanding is;

If you are in the Support Group you will remain on ESA(CB), even after the year has expired, and will not be means tested.

I wonder what would happen if whilst during your one year in the CB WRAG of ESA your condition deteriorated so you thought you could now be eligible for the Support Group!

Also what happens if you deteriorate after your one year on CB ESA could you reapply for the SG!!

Thanks Gordon, an interesting link which I've just used. However, it doesn't appear to be programmed to deal with IB/ESA migration. Having completed the answers it told me I could apply for IB.....
