Just to say thanks to everybody and the excellent guidance i have received from b&w as i received DLA award letter this morning, i was on low rate for both, now entitled to mid rate care & low rate mob for 2 years, so happy with outcome because i was expecting to be refused as i dont think i could have faced the dreaded appeal. xx
