Hi all. Have just had forms from atos for reassessment ( been on wrg for 2 years won appeal) will fill in with added problem of prostate cancer and impending operation and radiotherapy etc. But if i fail( and you can, as we know) can i appeal again. Am i correct in saying that if they get this new welfare bill passed( one year etc) my benefit ( contribution based esa) will end on april 2012anyway.unless i can get on support group many thanks, rap.

Yes, you can appeal each Decision.

Assuming the Welfare Reform Act is passed unchanged and before April this year, then you will cease to be eligible for ESA(CB) in April 2012. After this date you will eligible for ESA(IR) subject to a means test.
