DLA renewal rejected for my daughter

DLA renewal rejected for my daughter was created by hasina1
On the 27th Febuary 2011, I sent in my daughter renewal for DLA form and recieved a decision on letter Friday 18th March 2011, rejecting her claim for renewal.
The decision has been made that they have also overturned the descision on her previous claim for dated 27th February 2008. As the information they hold is no longer correct. They have look over all the information and decised to not award her anything from Tuesday 15th March 2011 for Care and Mobility.
My daughter has complex needs moderate learning disability, partly sight, dislocable hips, partily hearing, 18mth post operation part 1 on her spine for scolicis, chronic asmtha and menthal health issues and I have to manage her medication for her, and I did written everything down which I was suppose to however I was turned down with evidence.
Don't know what to do...
