Absolutely correct froglegs, they said that they would use peoples existing review dates.

Makes you think what their motives are.

Of course maybe they think AdrianMW is a prime candidate for support group, and thus are dealing with it quickly, We'll see.

Adrian are they definately going to send you a full ESA50 questionnaire?

I agree if they cherry pick a number of people who are easily support group then when they have to do a report after a couple of months to show how things are going then the numbers will be very nice :) ( for them) they will IMO of course pick people for the other group who both they and the customer knows will get better for example people recovering from accidents or operations where they would be aware and expecting to go back to work in the near future

IMO of course :)

It would seem so from the telephone conversation but I shall confirm it when it drops through the door in a few days time

A relative has just received a letter about IB - ESA migration, stating they will receive a phone call to see if they need help filling in and why it is happening etc, then they will be sent an ESA50 questionnaire.

They were exempt from IB PCA test previously and had been for a number of years.

I dont think that they are cherry picking, just think it is random. I was shown my relatives letter and it was not sent from the usual local benefit office. They must have certain benefit offices dealing with the migrations.

I also think it has to do with the area you live and how many IB claimants they have. I know my relative lives in a well to do area (although they arn't lol) hence not a lot of benefit claimants, so maybe this may have something to do with it.

The brown envelope dropped through the door on Saturday morning and was posted on the 20th April by them.
Seems to be a standard cover letter (QR1 03/11) and the ESA form is ESA03/11. I must return the completed form by 6th june (six weeks time).
