Advice needed about renewal please.

Recently got my renewal forms to complete. Currently receive HRC and LRM for various mental heath conditions only.
Over the last 3 years my hearing has got that bad that I'm now fitted with 2 hearing aids and cant hear that well with them in either,however it doesn't really change my care needs much.
So my question is,shall i mention about my hearing on my renewal form or is it just a form for my already claimed for needs and care due to my mental heath.

Hi,

Your renewal is in effect treated as a new claim. You should include all your current care / mobility needs relevant at the time of renewal, so yes it should be included on the renewal forms. In effect it could also be viewed as a change of circumstances but if renewal is imminent then include as part of the renewal I would say.
