Please note that if your thread appears locked over the weekend, this is because the whole forum is locked.

Hi Members,

Just to clarify, the Discussion Forum is closed until further notice due to pressure of work, but it still appears but with a padlock icon on it, meaning it's locked. At some point in the future it MAY be possible to re-open the Benefits Discussion Forum; until then we can only suggest you try one of the many other benefits discussion forums open at weekends, for example Forums

The Benefits Questions, Problems & Results Forum, closes every weekend at 6.00 pm on the Friday, and re-opens at 10.00 am on the following Monday to give Moderators some time off. Again this is indicated by a padlock icon.

Despite the explanation in Report to Moderator (RTM) function and it's purpose, some members are still trying to use the RTM function to try and post when the forum is locked.

Can I ask members, especially new one's not to try to use the RTM function when the forum is locked at weekends and Bank Holidays to try to post. You must wait until the forum is open, and the padlock icon disappears meaning the forum is open for posts again, otherwise your post will not appear.

Thank you for your cooperation.

I am now back moderating again after a long absence due to chronic illness/disability and look forward to doing my best to answer queries for both old and new members.

Jim.
