Hi guys, I have to fill this new form in today. Would you please tell me what I should read before doing so? Also, why have they changed the form, have they raised the criteria or is more user friendly?

It is worth reading the Understanding ESA and other guides in the members area here:

which explains the new process and the Work Capability Assessment etc.
