Hi,

There isn't a Work Capability Group.

There is a Work Capability Assessment which is used to establish whether you are entitled to ESA or not.

If you are entitled to ESA then you are placed in either the Work Related Activity Group or the Support Group.

Can you advise which actual group you have been placed in?.

Pete

Hi,

Yes, you are placed in one or the other (Work Related Activity Group or The Support Group). You cannot be in both at the same time.

It is worth ringing the DWP Office dealing with your claim to clarify which group you are in.
