You can complete the review form, which I presume is either a DLA434 or a DLA580 by referring to the guides in the DLA resources.

As you have a new medical condition for which you may now require more help, you are quite entitled to ask for a review. Although you are not challenging your current award but asking for a review, there is always a risk to your subsisting award which is explained HERE.

Ultimately the decision whether or not to proceed with the review lies entirely with yourself, but if you have any doubts you may wish to enlist the help of a CAB or welfare rights office to discuss your concerns on a face-to-face basis, where they can go through the review process with you.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi all
I have decided not to fill in my review form although I need more help, because I feel too ill , and with all my illnesses put together do not want the strees.
I wish I could be stronger but have to make do with what ive got. I got indefinate dla hrate and lrc because of my chronic fatique and then cancer.
Good luck to all of you that are asking for reviews etc.
Lily.
