Anyone with MS had to fill out the WCA forms?

Hi there,
I've just received the WCA questionnaire and am panicking already!!! :( I've printed out the guide on this website and at first glance they look really helpful. Has anyone else with MS had any experience on filling out these forms...? I have real problems with mobility but also reading forms for any length of time and concentrating and getting to my local CAB office would be really difficult for me because I have real problems with fatigue.
Any hints and tips would be great.
Thank you
Janee

Thanks - I tried posting a thread on the discussion forum but only had one response. I'll try the helpline instead :)

Hi Janee, i recently helped my friend with MS fill in their form.
First, do not panick, you have six weeks to reply.
Get help if you can from someone you know and trust if you can.
Your local Income Support office will fill it in for you over the phone, then post it to you to sign, tho you must have a reason why you cannot fill it yourself !
However this could easily backfire,my pal is severe 2ndry pprogressive so would pass whoever filled it in really! She was not asked to come for assess't!
If you can do it yourself, then take time and do it on seperate paper first.
Remember that a lot of points are on your ability to walk, but make sure you concentrate on all your answers !
It is massively confusing, so take it in small chunks, a section at a time.
My local council has a welfare dept who provide a home visit to fill it in if you can justify not being able to get there.
Make sure you photocopy your submitted form. Good luck,
