May I ask how you find out what the address/person is who's the decision maker for your claim?

I wouldn't expect a decision maker to be assigned to a claimants case until the medical report/appeal arrives. It's not really necessary to address them by name.

I am also finding the letter with my Esa50 very confusing. It states to send any medical documents that will support your claim with the questionaire.
Next sentence says DO NOT send Medical Statements with your questioaire. Send them to the Jobcentre Plus office that deals with your claim.
Very confusing!!!!!!

Hi Suzy

The DWP seem to be experts at causing confusion, amongst claimants and staff alike.

They appear to want only the decision maker to see medical evidence and not the disability analyst that examines you, but you can nevertheless send copies to both.

I know what you mean, I was the same with this one.

Apparently in this instance, when they refer to 'Medical Statements' it means your doctors note/sick note/fit note or whatever they call them nowadays..
