Hi Twiggy, welcome to the forum.

Please read the guides here . The questions on the form are not relevant to any condition!

ESA is based not on your disability but how your disability affects your day-to-day living.

Good luck

Thank you for your quick response.
I have the notes to help me fill in form but my main problem is that the ESA50 form I find is for continous ailments and my condition varies from day to day or even hour to hour.

How do I fill in the form if one day i'm fine but possibly the next week I can't get out of bed because of a migraine, as questions seem to be for contineous illness.

Twiggy it is so hard when you live with conditions that vary so much, and can vary within the day. I live with two chronic medical conditions and one is a form of migraine and I too am about to start filling in the ESA50.

Hi, Twiggy

Many of the questions have an 'it varies' tick-box and a space to write extra information. Make maximum use of this - add extra sheets if need be. And some of the Points Descriptors include frequencies e.g. once a month, more than three times in the last month, or suchlike.

Have you read the B&W guide on how to claim? You can download it from the members area. It tells you exactly what the descriptors are that lurk behind the questions on ESA50. Etc.

Andy.
