I am assuming this is an ESA appeal, because of your reference to points.

Your diagnosis is less important than the effects of your illness on you ability to somplete the ESA tests.

I think my immediate suggestion if for you to read two of our guides in the Members area.

First have a look at the ESA Appeals guide, this explains the appeal process and what your reponsibilities are.

Secondly, have a look at the ESA Claims on Physical Grounds, which explains in detail what each of the physical tests for ESA actually entail.

You need to think about how you would answer these questions based on your own conditions. Remember that to complete the tests you need to be able to do so repeatably, without severe discomfort or pain, and without suffering exhaustion or tiredness.

Understanding these points will allow you to answer the questions you will likely be asked at the hearing.
