I'm sorry Mike but there is no standard answer to this question.

When you are assessed for the first time, and each time subsequently, a Return to Work date will be set by the ATOS medical assessor. Most people will then be re-assessed about three months before this date.

We have seen re-assessment periods as short as 3-4 months and in other cases over a year. it all really depends on your condition and the liklihood of it improving or your being able to adapt to it, or to be more accurate, ATOS saying it will improve or that you will learn to live with it, whether that is likely or not.

You are assuming you won't pass the ESA assessment, I know it is more difficult than the equivalent for IB, but that does not mean you can't pass it.

Remember, probably 80% of claimants who pass the ESA assessment do so without problem.

so your saying if i dnt pass esa im forced onto jobseekers and made homeless, and what if i cant appeal or they wont change there decision,

i suffer with autism, depression and epilespy and self harm. so i should get on it but knowing and reading about atos they probably wouldnt care what i had,

i feel really sad cos i just know im gonna be forced on jsa and gonna end up living on the street
