ESA Medical Question

I was concerned to find out the requirement for Face to Face HCP to have read ALL of ESA 50 prior to 'medical'and to have copy at medical ---so that reference could be made to particular points. [

I had many extra pages attached to form and wondered just how to be sure everything was taken into consideration by HCP. I was informed by email and letter and prior to medical that I was being placed on Limited Capability category [one was bombarding Atos customer services regularly to ensure that all information would be considered and think they were fed up

Continually I was fobbed off for weeks when demanding written confirmation that all my info had been received and would be considered before and during medical.

Reason given for unilaterally deciding I did not then have to after all attend medical appointment was that decision was on basis of further medical information. Yet I had one day earlier checked with GP and there was no new medical information given.

Sensible to use the ground as part of complaint to Atos, as Gordon suggests.

Be very very wary.

Check the legislation on communications etc.

Not same scenario but one mile from S. London Atos centre ----a Gov. approved centre for testing foreigners in Life in the UK, two twits were done for criminally communicating the answers from car parked outside, to client via ear-piece in exam room
