hi everybody,
on the esa50 it asks on page 4 if enybody else provides care,support or treatment, my question is , does this include your own partner who is my carer, the ones on the form are all profesionals

The section to which you refer appears to include only healthcare professionals, and not to partners etc who act as carers.

You may however wish to include this information on page 18 of the ESA50?
