I am having my Appeal on Friday next week ans i was looking at all my paper work and noticed that the most important letter (one from my Doctor) was not in there, so i phoned them and asked what could do to get it to the quickly i was told that i could e-mail it to them:
i if its allowed i thought i might let you all here no about it in case you need to get anything to them and like me can get out the house. if only i had known about it before. and way here is he e mail address

i was told to put in the subject bar national insurance number and any reference numbers you might have and what ever it is your sending, i hope this will help some of you good luck Jacqui

Hi Jacqui

By all means email the letter, but unless the tribunal send you a copy to add to the appeal bundle before the hearing, I would advise you to take a copy to the hearing and confirm with the Clerk to the Tribunal who will speak to you before the hearing that the tribunal have the letter in the appeal bundle.

Hi Derek yes because i have had a read i saw the best thing to do was do that thanks very much i was going to also i notice that i did t have a copy of the apology that's the medical services sent me i think the lady from CAB might of kept it by mistake but its ok as i phoned them and asked them to send it me so i shall also be sending them that too buy e mail.
why we are not told we can e mail before i don't no
