What to expect in ESA medical waiting room?

I've just got a couple of quick questions about procedures at the medical.

Are they watching you on CCTV in the waiting room?

Does the ADA come to get you from the waiting room or are you just called to their office?

It has been reported, that ATOS centres have CCTV, and also I believe that the HCP, calls you so they can observe how the claimant walks.

If you put ATOS Medicals into the search engine at the top of the page, loads of posts will come up.

As a final addon,

I think it would be good advice to assume that all claimants are under the assessment scrutiny, from when they approach the ATOS Assessment Centre, and on leaving as well.

If you read the WCA handbook,in the members section, it states how the ATOS HCP should observe the claimant, in such ways.

cheers

Whilst it is not impossible that you are watched in the waiting room, with each ADA expected to cary out 10 medicals a day, I would doubt they have the time. That said they will know when you arrived and therefore how long you have waited.

The ADA will collect you from the waiting room and take you the examination room, you should assume they know the distance hat you will have to walk from one room to another.

It is often reported that the ADA will watch you leaving the assessment building, so you might want to restrain the urge to do a sidekick in the car park.
