The note taker should ideally one who is very competent and fast writer.
Too often it is wholly insufficient to have occasional points jotted down.
Note taker should write name of HCP, time of commencement/ending and be seen by HCP to be seriously taking continual detailednotes. Iy is unlikely that diligent note taker will produce result of backfiring ---rather, HCP will be very careful.
If at all possible, always always always have someone with you; for note-taking and a witness of what took place. You may need them again in the future.
If a person would (aware of the criteria) hope to be awarded points for the support group on the basis that social contact is always precluded, then should they attend with a companion it could be said that dealing witha compan ion and a atos assessor shows social contact is not alwayys precluded (more proof than if they went alone) If they go alone, the it is suggested they can cope with change and social interaction
