Hi,

Unfortunately, as reporting to the fraud line can be done anonymously, any claimant can be reported, however untrue and malicious the report might be.

Sadly, Steve's right. However, don't panic just yet. Even if you had been cooking, dancing and generally going for it, that doesn't of itself necessarily mean that you're not entitled to whatever benefits you're claiming.

For example, for DLA, it's what your needs are most of the time that matters, not what they are like all the time. Likewise for ESA and IB, lots of people claim them with variable conditions where they can do more some days than others.

Hold your head high and ignore your neighbour. If the DWP investigates, you'll have other people that know you that can tell them how it really is.

I'm stuck in this horrible situation after repeated spinal surgery
i play in a dart's team I have a few pints and play my darts Iv'e had nasty comments and been reported "if i can do that why am i not working". Luckily my doctors understand that few hours recreation is a mile away from trying to cope with work on a daily basis, my symptoms get worse and end up not being able to do anything I have tried to work several times and just can't manage it. It's about quality of life you can only do what you can do most people don't understand i'll health if they could only be in our shoe's for a while then they would understand .
