Bro58..I was thinking exactly the same!

They can always "park" people in WRAG, with the attitude "We'll get you later", or pester you so much that you will get fed up and cease your claim.

I am in no doubt now, that they have done this to me!!

I feel I need more support at the moment, and will appeal for the support group, for what it's worth. But I think the government needs to realize that there is just not 'enough' support in place now. The DWP haven't a clue :S When I asked about support, I was told 'oh yes, there will be support offered to you regarding your mental health problems'..We shall see

Thanks again for the advice

Hi Juliette, best of luck with your appeal.

Also, I hope you do get some help with your mental health. I live in an affluent area yet am still told there is no help available and 'keep taking the tablets'.

Best wishes,
Rachel

It appears to be a trend throughout the country.

Mental health support/treatment has been and always will be a Cinderella service.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Sorry CD I know this isn't a discussion forum,

but surely with the number of claimants taking antidepressants etc, they would put more money into mental health care, so more of us could go back to work? Even part time.

It is a pity that more money is not being put into support, help and treatment. Organisations funded to give assistance squander finance without delivering services they tendered for.
A disgrace on society.
