ask for dm descision statement etc in writing?

Hubbie got through on the phone at last and asked them to send copies of ESA85a and ESA65 and GL24. He said it seemed to throw the lad when he asked for them by number LOL so he said they will be sent out. question is should I also make that request in writing so I have paper trail?

I certainly would, and send it by recorded delivery to the DM.

As you may have seen on the Forum, there is much misinformation and untruths being conveyed via phone calls.

The information you receive on the phone is only as good as the person's knowledge who is giving it.

Keep copy also of any correspondance, you will then have a paper trail for future reference.
