I think Derek is right! Cd's link worked for me earlier but I have tried every which way and nothing is working now!

There is further useful information with regard to the onus of the burden of proof in continuing entitlement cases:-

Tribunals and medical evidence.

CSIB/69/2003.

Hopefully it is not too technical and difficult to understand and the links will work for all members!
