ESA form filled in !! was created by originaldave
:) :) I downloaded my ESA50 and have been filling it in (not been called or sent one ) just to get it done. I have copied a selection of letters from my Drs and as my recent review I asked for of my DLA got mobility high rate indef ...changed to also middle care indef too

I also have copies of anything else you want to tell us and the page where someone else fills in added too

I have then filled in another sheet and titled it

FAO DM

I have then in very plain English said

I have the following things wrong
a
b
c
d
e
f
g

I then say because of these 3 a c & e item disregarding the other problems them alone under the the new regulations get me into the support group

If you disagree or can not see where I am coming from, please seek advice from your manager or do call me to disscuss it :)

all I need now is for them to start the ball rolling :silly: sorted :)

Hi Dave. Having gone to all that trouble in advance of receiving the form, it will be just your luck to have an office-based decision without the need for you to complete an ESA50.

Hi Cat,

Even if this happened, I would still keep copy of the ESA50.

We all know how fickle the "ESA Merrygoround" is, once your forced to get on it.

cheers

Hi Bro58

I think/hope Dave would have appreciated what was intended as a light-hearted comment.

Having said that, you are right to point out the importance of keeping a record/copy of ESA50 information.

I deplore the merry-go-round aspect of the system (and most of the rest of it for that matter!)

I am going to finish the email I have been writing to Anne Begg today and get it sent.

She was speaking out again on Radio 4's Face the Facts yesterday - this time about the danger of people (including those coming off IB) desperate for any work, falling prey to scams due to bogus jobs being advertised by Jobcentre Plus. (I expect it will be on i-player)

I really hope you make it into the support group Dave.

The issue of placing people in WRAG without a medical, and the financial implications due to NI business, is one of the issues i have raised with Anne Begg. (As I have said elsewhere - I have a great deal of respect for her.)

Never been called Cat before - i like it.

Best wishes

I take evrything light hearted and even if I was transfered without medical or esa form I would keep the form I have filled in as its a snap shot of how I am now, as talked about in another thread there is a real chance that they do in my case and a few other just bang us across into the support group.. BUt then due to other pensions war and air they stop esa stright away no one knows :) jim is working hard on it I think for all wp there is at least 2 others on here in the same boat as me
time will tell.. if they do what I just said that means IDS smith saying no one will be worse off is incorrect in my case i would be £32.59 a week
worse off

my mp took the case up and some senior manager from DWP called me, I pointed out it could happen soon as I have no review date and expected to be moved first and the said god knows when you will be moved  could be years
