Without an urgent rethink the coalition's flagship back to work scheme – the Work Programme – could fail with potentially dire consequences for the 2.4m long term unemployed it is designed to help, according to the think tank that was originally behind the scheme.
At least 90 per cent of organisations involved in delivering the programme risk having their contracts terminated because of unreachable performance targets set by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the Social Market Foundation (SMF) has said.

There is no more money, as more and more services are slashed.
If the organisations cannot do their job, they should lose the contract.
If workers can't do their job, they eventually get fired, so organisations shouldn't be treated any differently.

my son who is unemployed was with a company called jobsteps who where he went each week to help get a job, cv, interview technics etc. this as now been stopped NO MONEY and he is back with JCP
