Some people have moved from IB to ESA by just filling in the form (ESA50) . Has anyone moved by the DM looking at the evidance held on file and using just that ? no ESA50
Yes, but these will be direct entry into the support group from file held evidenc,e combined possibly with enquiries to the GP or other health professional that the claimant has.
