My friends 9 year old son applied for DLA and it went to a hearing. At the hearing she was informed that as her sons condition had gotten worse she would need to make a fresh claim. The form she filled out last year was the form most adults fill in for DLA. At the time she did not appeal the decision as she didn't get get support from her representative. I joined this site for myself and also for to help her fill in the forms for her son. This year there is a new form for the child so the info I had downloaded to fill out the childs form was not entirely up-to-date. Will this be looked at?
