Hi Andrew,

Just a quick note to add to the good advice given by other members and moderators.

With DLA, the diagnosis and name of a specific condition (s) is secondary. What is paramount is that the condition (s) must give rise to mobility and/or care needs.

You may find this of help A-Z of medical conditions in addition to our guides already mentioned.
