ESA50 Form

oh joy have recived ESA50 form would just like to know about the address on the return envelope what does Manchester MSC stand for and does this address mean I am sending my form back to ATOS I thought my form was sent to a DM at DWP?

I can't remember what MSC stands for, but Manchester MSC is an Atos address, and yes, it is Atos that takes the first look at your ESA50, but the DM does get to see it before making their decision. The Atos HCP that first sees it looks to see whether a medical is needed or not.
