hi i'm in proccess of completing dla but have made a mess in places quite bad what should i do ? any advice received with grattitude

Hi margy

Whilst its acceptable to cross out and rewrite your answer or attach an additional sheet on a DLA form, (but not tippex out) if you feel that you should complete another you can download one from the link on this thread under #68131 kindly provided by Dave.
