Need help rewording my ESA answers please

Hi guys is there anyone here good a literacy, I need some help rewording some answers to questions on my ESA form, just to make it harder for ATOS person to understand what im saying if you know what I mean, I will start with the
question and underneath put in my answer. I know I should`nt be asking but my ESA50 has to be sent off by the lastest tomorrow and the answers to these 3 questions below from me just seem really poor... Im really sorry to ask

Question 1
Can you move at leat 50 metres before you need to stop?

My answer

I suffer with 3 slipped discs & damaged nerve roots in my spine at section L3/L4, L4/L5 and L5/S1. The condition has reached a stage where it gets painful to walk even a couple of metres. I very rarely go shopping & when I do I have to learn heavy on a trolley, use it as a zimmer frame & frequently have to stop, but also on a daily basis I have to use a walking stick to help me get around.

Question 2

Can you move from one seat to another right next to it without help from someone else?

I ticked it varies

Can you stand in one place either standing or sitting, for at least an hour without help from another person.

I ticked No

Answer

Since my back injury I now find sitting down for long periods of time extremely uncomfortable. The symptoms of this injury have worsened over time. If I have to travel any distance as a passanger I request that we stop every 20 mins at most so I can get up and relieve the pressure. Un fortunatly, even though I cannot stay sat down for very long when I stand up the pain is excrutiating. Sitting down and standing up aggravates the condition, so if I want to watch television I have to lie down and stay still & try not to twist during so.

Last one for now:

Whilst your are awake, how often do you have fits and blackouts?

I ticked monthly

My answer

I have recently started to encounter having seizures over the last couple of months, the symptoms of my seizures are the inability to recognize the familar, for example people, surroundings, intense feelings of panic and memory loss. The symptoms can come on suddenly and without warning. Last seizure 3 seizures which happened I was wide awake and in the middle of a conversation, the next thing I remember I was all confused, my back was in extreme pain and I wass urrounded in 3 paramedicswith blood pouring from my mouth. Sometimes the episode will only last a few moments or for a few hours. Quite often my memory of events prior to the attack are affected and so I find it difficult to concentrate on anything much of the time.

Thankyou so much guys

Hi,

I'm really sorry but we can't write people's answers to questions on an ESA50 for them or even reword them. It has to be your own evidence that you give.

Hi subplay

I'm sorry to say that we are not able to give specific but only general advice, so we are unable to reword your form for you.

I don't quite understand when you say making it harder for DWP to understand, (if I read that correctly) as you should give correct answers to the best of your ability.

I wouldn't worry about spelling as long as you have answered all questions properly.

I realise time is tight (from what you say), but if you need help with the form, you should approach an Advice Agency to assist you with completion.

You can find more help with ESA by clicking Members Only in the orange section.

Kind regards

Michael
