Have you had a result, regarding your complaint?

Is the Tribunal aware that a complaint has been made? if they are, then you should expect to be asked about it anyway.

If the complaint was upheld, then it would likely be to your advantage to include the information, however, you do risk the possibility of the medical being invalidated and the Tribunal requiring a new one be held.

If the complaint was rejected, then this is probably not to your advantage, although this may depend on the nature of the complaint, as we have seen some rejected, where there was patently a case to answer.

Beyond this, I don't think we can advise you, as the decision on what to include in your evidence, is ultimately yours.

Hope this helps.

Might it be politic to refer to them as 'inaccuracies' rather than 'untruths'?

I found it best to keep my mouth shut.

The minute you offer up any negativity about an atos report during your tribunal hearing. You're treated as an heratic and can sense the order being prepared for the fires to be lit.

Being critical of the in crowd (i.e Telling the tribual GP that one of his own practices another form of medicine) goes down like a lead balloon

Hi all,

Sorry but I have to disagree!

My appeal was based on about 6 of the many errors that I found in my ATOS report.

I was treated fairly and with respect and won my appeal.

Each of us has to make up our own minds. I am aware that on a different day with a different panel etc...

Best wishes,
Rachel :)
