now i am confused was created by J
hi my husband is appealing to go into a support group.but i keep reading on here about this form you have to get. yet on the letter from the job centre they say that you can appel with this form or by letter. so what do we do?
also i have downloaded form as well so if i send letter and fill in form will this be ok? thankyou jackie

To be safe, use the GL24 form. You can then submit further evidence and submissions seperately, by letter.
