Migration IB to ESA terminal illness was created by JulieD
I have just had letter and am awaiting phonecall re migration. I am currently on DLA under 'special rules'. Do I have to fill out the ESA form when they send it or is there a way I can be transferred automatically because of my situation?
This is really stressing me

Contact your local DWP office and explain the situation, you will need a DS1500 form completed by your GP, I assume you already have one for your DLA, this should excuse you completing the ESA50.I have just had letter and am awaiting phonecall re migration.
