another esa question regarding esa form

hi i understand the mods who have been brilliant not just with me but do a great job may not be able to give an answer.but regarding needing supervision i need it alot but cant always get someone to stay with me all the time,my partner works but comes home for lunch,my son pops in to check on me and i my partner phones me during the day also.would others think these actions are supervision

You probably need to go into detail about what you need supervision for and why?

I would tick it varies if you can do some things some of the time. Or yes, if you need supervision every time you do something like cooking/preparing a meal.

ie; I need supervision when I am cooking or I will burn myself as I am very clumsy; I don't remember that I am cooking etc.

Basicaly, just explain how often and why and what for.

Hi H,

Just try and state it "as it is", you seem to be getting really stressed over being absolutely 100% accurate.

As I have previously advised you can only fill it in to the best of your knowledge and ability, no more can be expected.
