Hi Chris

You may be able to get help completing the form by contacting the Benefits Enquiry Line

Please click here for the link -

www.direct.gov.uk/en/Dl1/Directories/DG_10011165

Unfortunately we can only give general advice and help on how to find the B&W guides.

Hope this is of help

Kind regards

Michael

If I recall correctly from the guide it's not so much about the supervision you get, but about what you need, regardless of whether you actually get it.

Best!

This is worrying me too - we hear so much these days about 'benefit frauds', I wonder how many of them are really frauds and how many were found guilty for being able to do things just once?

I have just done my claim forms for ESA and DLA, I gave lots of info to try and make sure that no-one can later accuse me of fraud!

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
