You are right that the bill is now passing through the House of Lords. Baroness Campbell is particularly interested in the potential change from DLA to PIP. She, and all the other Lords, can be contacted via the 'They work for you' site.

Hi! All.
I got mine today.
They send you a letter; to tell you they are going to send you a letter.
We must reduce Benefit expenditure; so we will just waste another million sending out this vital piece of waste paper.

Oh KLordy what a bunch of numpties!

I feel sort of left out! I didn't even have a letter from the DWP to confirm that they knew I had won my appeal and would continue to pay me ESA!

Seems they only like to waste paper sending out bad news!

B) I did have a nice man ring me! He said I would have to go through the whole process again next year, but nothing about the letter that was to arrive about them stopping it altogether next year.

Had a telephone this morning about my letter to them being forwarded to the decision maker to see if they will put me into the support group.

I feel the process has been made doubly hard for us so as many people as possible give up.
