Hi.

I am looking at question 1 of the form - moving around and using steps - (although looking at another thread I see I am won't get points for this as my fatigue is severe but caused by mental health problems. This form is horrible :()

But my query is probably relevant for other questions anyway.

Should I just put what my worst days are like on the form? Or then go on to describe what I can do on some other better days as that is very limited for me too?

There have been several hi-profile benefit fraud cases, where claimants had used only the worst days to fill in the claim forms.

You should talk about how you are, the majority of the time, explain how much of the day and how many days a week you are affected. If there are days when you worse document them in a similar way.

If you are at your worst for the majority of time, then don't be afraid to tell them that, but if you only at your worst one day a week, you need to explain how you are the other six days.

Thanks. My worst days are probably one third of the time and then a third slightly better and a third slightly better than that. But even my best is very limited. So I will put it all down so there is an accurate picture.

Some members have kept a diary for a few weeks prior to an assessment to help them detail the extent and frequency of their problems. You could even include the diary or summary with an ESA50 or tribunal submission.
