Future reference

Hi there, another newby here. I have just been migrated from IB to ESA support group without a medical, just the ESA50 form. Whilst I'm delighted with this outcome, I believe it's advisable to request the reasons for the decision, for future reference. What forms should I request from the DWP?

Well done for getting into the support group without fuss.

You need to ask for your ESA85A report and any other documentation relating to the decision (there may be a decision makers report).

You can request it over the phone or in writing.
