At last! ESA85 and ESA85S arrived today by recorded delivery. Outstanding ESA113 is presently in Kilmarnock(!) and on it's way to me via Jobcentre Plus. Still can't believe that something so simple should take so long. I get the impression things are getting worse with staff overwhelmed by paperwork lost in the system.

Hi MG,
It is a typed up add-on to an ESA85, written by the ATOS HCP at a face to face, the ESA85S is otherwise known as a PSS, (Personalised Summary Statement).
